Machinery Competency Training
HAVSRM can deliver equipment training in the safe use and operation of machinery and issue certificates confirming operator competence. Courses will be delivered on site and satisfy employers health and safety obligations under PUWER and can also form part of candidates NVQ’s.
- BAGMA Machine Familiarisation generally provided with new machine installation, approximately half hour duration per machine (explains controls but does NOT confirm operator competence).
- LANTRA Integrated Training & Assessment - (1 or 2 day course per machine type, dependent upon experience, certificate issued confirming operator competence).
- N.P.T.C Independent Assessments - (Experienced operators only, assessment duration one and half to two hours per machine - certificate issued confirming operator competence).
- All equipment must be is safe working order with operator manuals available.
- Prices charged per candidate per machine type and include administration.
- Candidates must provide 2 x passport type photographs.
